Flashback MP3 of the Day is where we shed some light on an indie gem from the past. Today's song is from THE POOH STICKS. The Pooh Sticks may be the best-kept secret of the British indie scene. The band put out six albums between 1988 - 95. Unfortunately, their pure pop melodies were released while grunge held the attention the world's youth. Today's song Cinnamon is from the album Multiple Orgasm released in 1991 on Fierce. In a perfect world, The Pooh Sticks will be reassessed (by the masses) as an 'overlooked gem' sometime in the next century.

yeah, the Pooh Sticks came at the wrong time. or else they served the kids that liked to be countercultural.
"Million Seller" is my favorite. i have been searching for this album though - Multiple Orgasm. thanks, Tullycraft, for really speaking to me.
"Orgasm" was a 9 track live record (on 53rd and 3rd) released in 1988. "Multiple Orgasm" include the original live record plus 10 new studio tracks.
What about the Kinks? What about Robbie Williams???
Wait a second....I remember these guys....I miss them.
