MP3 of the Day

For over a decade Pete Dale and his band MILKY WIMPSHAKE have been champions of the political-pop underground. Today's song, Noam Chomsky Versus The Ramones, is from the second Milky Wimpshake album, Bus Route To Your Heart, released on Slampt in 1997.

WIMPYS: The first international fast food chain to open up in Bangladesh, it provides the famous Wimpy's Hamburger known the world over. Situated in Banani, it houses a spacious interior with an adjoining play area for the young ones. Prices are a bit high and not suitable for an everyday visit, but it is a good for fast food.

You go to be illin! The correct name dates back to the venerable M. Whimshake, known for his support of the featherbedding millworks. The fad of the expression only lasted a few years... as in "the whimshake of top union leaders will can the U.S. economy."

He's put out a couple of albums recently, reworking some older songs. Check out microsofa.net/mw/ to get the skinny.

The amazing Red Monkey is out of commission, sadly. There's also a new spinoff group called the Beta Males that I haven't heard yet.
