I can't imagine how anyone got this video. Unless, it is a PR ploy by his management to make him look smart/caring?
That's gotta be PR. How else did it get there? Or stay up if it's unauthorized? They'd have that yanked in a minute if they didn't want it up. Britney is acting as dumb and "crazy" as she knows how. I'm sure they're having a laugh.
