Are you a wizard, or a genius?
Hey, any web-geeks out there who can tell me why our press photos give error messages to some users but not others? I'm stumped. As an incentive to help out, Jeff promises to take you out for ice cream. Two scoops!!

Because the jpg's are CMYK format and not RGB. Most browsers cannot handle CMYK images without a special plug-in. I can convert them for you if you like.
If you have the original images in a TIF format it would be better to re-save them to jpgs from that because if I re-save them from the current jpgs there will be a loss of quality (re-saving a jpg as a jpg is never a good thing; re-saving a tif is ok).
Just in case you have no clue about CMYK (most people don't) I am sending converted files via your tullycraft@gmail.com account.
Another post about big tifs
