Little known fact: Ira Fell (Tullycraft drummer, Jeff Fell's dad) spent a short time in the legendary Colorado surf-rock band, THE ASTRONAUTS.Today's song was the band's 1963 single, Baja, from their album Surfin' With The Astronauts.

I went swimming in the Colorado Desert a few years ago. It wasn't in the famous Salton Sea, but possibly a tributary.
