MP3 of the Day

You've got to hand it to Stewart Anderson; this past year he released a 75 song Best Of CD by his band BOYRACER. That's pretty bold considering Crashing Through, the Beat Happening 6 CD box set has 79 songs... and that's every song they ever recorded! The fact that Stewart was able to narrow his exhaustive back catalogue down to JUST 75 songs might be the truly remarkable part. It's probably the perfect introduction for anyone curious about one of indie-pop’s longest running and most respected bands. Today's song, Buffalo, is from this double CD called, Punker Than You Since 92' released on 555 Recordings and available through Darla for only $13.

And buy the damn Best of CD already as it sold less than 300 copies...wait...I already bought five Boyracer cds this year, didn't I meet the quota?

I have this Boyracer comp and I want to put it on my iPod but it appears that no one has submitted the titles of the songs to one of those internet thingies that automatically tags your mp3s. Some of the song titles are really long so I don't want to type that shit out. I don't even want to copy and paste 75 tracks! Any ideas?

I have a friend who wears his 'shock absorbant' cd player when he gardens. He seems content not owning an iPod.

If you bought 5 Stew/Jen albums this year, that's only, like, half what they put out this year. Not much else to do out there 'cept castrate bulls and such.

Is it true that Stewie is a "living off the grid" cowboy somewhere in the American Southwest now?
