TULLYCRAFT Tuesday - Recording Update

Some folks have emailed us with questions about the progress on our new album. We tend to record a little slower than most bands. We "discuss" practically everything. If you're at all curious about our process and have a few minutes to kill, check out this video. This was a recent vocal recording session.

Everyone sounds good, but Chris sounds a little whiny, kinda like Colin Meloy.

Who's to say it's a bad thing, the 'craft has always been and may stay forever an all-girl band. They are thee chick-flick of underground pop.

Which album? "Disenchanted..?" Yeah, pretty much. This is just ONE vocal line. We do this with almost everything! Guitar leads, keyboard parts.... everything. Plus, I re-write lyrics sometimes too. This isn't how BOAT does it?

BOAT recorded the After All EP in what is described as "a regular Friday afternoon."

By the way....the syncopated oohs do sound pretty rad.
