Sean sure knows how to get his drummer to post a comment. More GBV please. And you should all get Pollard's last record full of short pop masterpieces "Normal Happiness". ok that's all. I'll see you all in Chicago and Beloit! Rock on.
Hey, I'm from Beloit!! I have since moved to New Castle, Rhode Island where my wife is from. FYI: it's pronounced "bell-wah"
A few places to visit while your there:
(1) Laskey's Bar-Connie is the owner, she dresses up like celebrities on their birthdays! If you can be there on April 23rd her Lee Majors is a stitch!!! (2) Kennedy Space Center-Say you're with the Oswald party, everyone gets a kick out of that. (3) My Childhood Home-1254 Freelance Ave. If you make it there say "hi" to my folks and say you know me from prison.
I have lived in Madison, Wis. for 25 years and have been to Beloit many, many, many, times having gone to school there. I can tell you there is no Kennedy Space Center and I've never heard of "Laskey's Bar". I think 'shank master general' is an imposter! Why would someone make all that shit up? Although the proper French pronunciation is "Bel-wah" (and that pronunciation is sometimes used tounge and cheek) the folks that live in Beloit pronounce the name of the city "Bloyt", all one sylable.
If you're going to go to a bar go to 'Bop'. It's located at 530 E Grand Ave. They have 99 different beers on tap and a huge vintage video game room with every old video game you can think of. It's mellow and big enough inside that I did most, if not all, of my school work there.
Are you guys playing at Vortex Fest in Pearson's Hall? If so that is awesome! That is always a good time. Are you going to do an in studio at WBCR? If so, let me know so I can tune in.

What venue are you playing?
i second that. way too much filler on that last pollard album.
Pollard filler is an oxymoron.

I will see you at the show!
Your biggest fan...
I think we are playing Pearson's Hall. What's Vortex Fest?
Vortex is a mass concert when as many as 10 bands wrawk the house to celebrate the arrival of spring. It's usually right around spring break...?
