MP3 of the Day

Today's song, I'll Arrest Myself didn't appear on any of the three proper albums released by the NEW BAD THINGS. Considering those records aren't the easiest to track down these days... this is a pretty obscure track. Maybe (slightly) less obscure is the painting titled "New Bad Things" by (former Tullycraft guitarist) Harold Hollingsworth.

I remember buying New Bad Things' 7" "Serious Cat / I suck" in 1999 or something because I really liked the artwork. After that I was hooked! The 7" version of "I suck" is also superior to the album version, although I prefer Hefner's cover of "Goethe's Letter to Vic Chestnut" (or whatever it's called) to the original.

Where are they now, huh?

Nice use of the image, thanks for the shout out, and the tie in! That is not code for anything, or...
