Bobby Darin was born on this day in 1936. On this day in 2007, he was awarded a star on the Las Vegas Walk of Stars. The tribute honored Darin for his contribution to making Las Vegas the "Entertainment Capital of the World" and acknowledged his reputation as one of the greatest entertainers of the 20th century. In 1990, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and in 1999, he was voted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. He also has a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Bobby Darin died on December 20, 1973. Today we have the song Everything You Ever Hoped Or Worked For by NANA GRIZOL from the album Love It Love It.
