On this day in 1972, LOU REED released his second solo album Transformer. The album was produced by David Bowie and Mick Ronson, and it featured what would become some of Reed's best-known songs like "Perfect Day" and "Satellite of Love." The first single from the album, "Walk on the Wild Side", became an international hit, despite its subject matter (it was edited in some countries and banned in others) and it is now generally regarded as Lou Reed's signature song. Today we have the song Vicious from the album Transformer.
