On this day in 1980, the fourth studio album by The Clash Sandinista! was released. It was a triple album containing 36 tracks featuring reggae, jazz, rockabilly, folk, dub, rhythm and blues, calypso, rap, and Clash-style punk. That year Sandinista! was named the best album of the year by The Village Voice. Today we have THE BLACK KIDS performing a live version of the song The Magnificent Seven from the album Sandinista!.
