MP3 of the Day

On this day in 1991, Superchunk wrapped up recording on their second studio album, No Pocky for Kitty. The album was recorded at the Chicago Recording Company by Steve Albini (although, Albini was not credited in the album's liner notes). Today we have the song Skip Steps One And Three. This was the first track on No Pocky for Kitty, but this is not the version that appeared on the album. This version was recorded a couple weeks earlier by Pat Maley at Yoyo Studios in Olympia, WA.
