On this day in 1787, Delaware became the first state to ratify the US Constitution. I was just in Delaware last month and they're still talking about this (no joke). Today we have the song The Day I Was A Horse by CHEAP RED.

It's true - the ratification of the constitution is still front page news in the 'Ware.
