On this day in 2005 Bright Eyes released two albums, I'm Wide Awake, It's Morning and Digital Ash in a Digital Urn. Both albums were released on Saddle Creek Records. The single "Lua" (from I'm Wide Awake, It's Morning) reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Sales Chart. Today we have a non-album version of Lua performed by Conor Oberst & Gillian Welch.
